Hope your day is going well. Well today is “Earth Hour” awareness day. So break out your candles and make it a romantic night. From 8pm to 9m in your local time zone, everyone is being encouraged to turn out the lights. Yes, it will take a lot more than this, but it’s a fun way to raise awareness of sustainable living and environmental preservation, so get your “cuddle-n-candlelight” mood going and have fun.

Hi All,

I’m sorry it’s been a while since I’ve posted. I’ve been quite the busy bee.

I had to stop tonight, and jot this down and share it. I’m currently listening to Deepak Chopra. It’s a recorded broadcast of him speaking to a community of believers in peace.

Do you ever hear something that just makes your heart pound, and feel the beauty and art of it; even the eternity of the fact go right through you?

Deepak just gave the metaphor of the caterpillar transformation into the butterfly. We’ve all heard it many times before, but for some reason it’s even more emphatic to me, because of the physical health transformation I’ve been going through recently, and can be applied to anyone going through a body cleanse transformation; or any other type of transformation for that matter.

What he said after the transformation explanation just struck me as so beautiful. He said, “The same gene that is in the wings of butterfly wings, and the wings of other insects, is the same code that makes the human heart beat.” Now, you may say, yes I knew that already, but think about how beautiful that is. Think about how Nature creatively decided to put the gene code for transformation in the very center of the energy that drives the human heart to beat, and is the seat of our own transformation.

Wherever you are tonight in your transformation, stay with it, and trust your heart. Think about the simple power and availability of health and healing.

It really is true, that everything we require to meet challenges and experience the transformation lies within the very heart of us all.
